Once your order ships (typically 1-2 business days), you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment's journey.

How long will my Minimal Aura pieces take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1β2 business days. Standard shipping then takes approximately 5β8 business days for domestic orders.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take extreme care in packaging. If your item arrives damaged, please send a clear photo of the item and the packaging to minimalaura.store@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Where are my items shipping from
Our pieces are shipped directly from our primary fulfillment center located in Gujranwala.

How do I care for my Macrame Swing and Wall Art?
Macrame Swing: Spot clean with mild, diluted soap and water only. Metal Wall Art: Dust gently with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners on both items to preserve their finish and quality.
How much weight can the Macrame Swing hold?
Our swings are constructed with high-capacity materials and reinforced hardware. When properly mounted into a structural beam, the swing is rated to safely hold up to 250 kg (550 lbs).
How do the Faux Plants maintain their aesthetic?
Our artificial botanicals are selected for their realistic texture and permanent look. They require zero watering and are perfect for low-light or high-humidity spaces, guaranteeing effortless serenity.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Initiation: To initiate a return, please contact our Support team via email at minimalaura.store@gmail.com within the 7-day window.
Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the full cost of return shipping back to our studio/warehouse. We highly recommend using a traceable and insured courier service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
